In today’s economy, development is all around us. With so many neighborhoods sprouting up around the city of Madison, Wisconsin, it’s increasingly more challenging for developers to create properties that attract prospective buyers. It is equally challenging for designers to create a corporate identity that continues to build on the foundation the developer has laid. Combining contemporary and traditional elements we created the look of a well-established presence for Cardinal Point Estates in their logo and elegant folder with inserts that describe the property.
